The following day, there was no way I was sleeping in again! I woke up early and headed straight to EMH at Hollywood Studios, where I rode RnRC and ToT and also got a ToT fastpass for later. Then I zoomed off to Blizzard Beach, where I made it in time for park opening and rode Summit Plummet twice with virtually no wait. Just when I was about to relax in Melt-Away Bay (the wave pool)...it started raining.

So I decided to leave the park, head back to DHS, and use my fastpass. Overall, a productive morning.
However, I hadn't eaten anything yet, and was working up quite an appetite with all those attractions. So I decided to check another meal off my list - Landscape of Flavors (Art of Animation's food court) for breakfast!
In case you're wondering, here's the breakfast menu.
I made it to Landscape of Flavors at about 10:45am, and to my surprise, the place was packed. I'd never seen it so busy during either of my previous visits (and the Little Mermaid section wasn't even open yet!). So I headed to the shop with the shortest line (the 'French Toast' Shop) to pick up a World of Flavors breakfast platter. This platter includes scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, Portuguese sausage, bacon, and naan bread.
Surprisingly, I didn't love this. The eggs were good, but I thought the potatoes were kind of salty. The bacon was typical Disney bacon (limp, greasy, and repulsive), so I didn't touch it. The sausage had a nice flavor to it, but it was a bit too fatty for me. The naan bread wasn't as warm as when I'd had it for lunch (possibly because they needed to have a lot prepared for the breakfast rush). Overall, the eggs were the only component I finished - the rest wasn't worth the calories.
This dish didn't excite me as much as the "World of Flavors" lunch options. However, I think I could've chosen better. Any of the other 'French Toast' Shop dishes would've probably been more enjoyable. In particular, the vegetarian sandwich sounds great: naan bread with cauliflower, spinach, and paneer cheese.
Since I didn't make a huge dent in the platter, I was still hungry. Guess what that means...I got in line again and ordered something else! This time, I decided to try a breakfast burger at the 'Pancake' Shop (the names of these shops are really unhelpful

).
The steak and egg breakfast burger includes an angus chuck burger topped with a fried egg, pepper jack cheese, and bacon, served with breakfast potatoes or house-seasoned fries. Because I had breakfast potatoes before, I opted to try the fries this time.
Burger close-up!
I was actually happier with this than the breakfast platter. However, I barely ate any of it. The burger with the egg on top was great, and the egg yolk was actually runny! I was impressed.

As for the fries, they were delicious (with some tasty spices, such as paprika), but I cut myself off after a few.
Overall, the burger and egg were really tasty. But I didn't really need the cheese, greasy bacon, bun, or fries for breakfast, so once again I threw out most of the food. If the bacon doesn't gross you out, and if your idea of heaven includes cheeseburgers and french fries for breakfast, I highly recommend this dish.
I still think Art of Animation offers more interesting CS breakfasts than the typical resort. However, I need to come back a few more times to try out different things. Several dishes sound like they could be great: the create-your-own yogurt parfait or fruit bowl, the vegetarian breakfast sandwich, the egg white frittata (with spinach, tomato, tofu, and feta), or even the breakfast chicken burger (topped with pepper jack cheese and a green chili omelet). However, it might require trial and error to find something that I could happily finish. Still, I definitely enjoyed my burger and eggs - sometimes a burger is all you really need.
