Prank at University of Maryland

This happend a few months ago.

The setup: The University of Maryland had a driver that lost control of his car and crashed into a brick wall surrounding the campus, leaving a big hole. Campus officials placed a huge banner saying "Fear the Turtle (their mascot)" to cover up the hole.
