PPO breakfast

I have a couple questions regarding the PPO breakfast at BOG.

1) How does it work? Meaning how do you get into the park? Do you go to the gate and they scan your magic band to verify you have a PPO ressie?

2) For dining plan purposes, does it count as a TS, QS or snack, or does it depend on what you get?

1. They have a list and a special admittance line. You will still scan your band for ticketing.

2. It is a QS, unless you use a snack credit on a cupcake.
