PPO akershus, FP animal kingdom @ 10

We have a PPO at Akershus at 8:15 and were hoping to be able to go there have breakfast go meet Anna and Elsa and then head over to Animal kingdom to make our 10am fast pass for Kilimanjaro safari. Do you think we have time?
