I hope PPH will be a positive experience. I want to be immersed in Disney when I'm there I don't want to be irritated or annoyed by bad service. That goes for DL or anywhere for that matter.
When I receive good service I always let a manager know or I write a letter.
I'm not a super demanding person, I just like to be treated nicely and get what I pay for.
ploeb- that's hilarious! You should send them the book. Better yet, send it directly to each hotel manager and whoever is in charge of all of them.
Write a little note with the book to "read up! See you in 6 weeks!"

Ok...so anyone who has read my post regarding the PPH (in the past) knows that I have always been a Big BIG Fan
of this hotel. That being said in regards to my last post....
I made a complaint with the hotel after the reunion fiasco and thought that all would be well, but sadly NO. It is very sad because the staff has always been so great to my family, and there are still a handful left that really believe in what Disney is(at the PPH)
? Well this time around I came home and looked over my bill
