Power Pass and resort discount

I know I have seen this asked before, but I never thought about getting a Power Pass so I didn't pay attention. Do you still get the resort discounts? What about discounts at restaurants?

Unfortunately there are no discounts available with a Power pass.

However, with an annual pass you *may* get resort discounts upto 30%.

You also get discounts at Universal and City Walk restaurants upto 15% and merchandise discounts at 20%.
