Power Chair Rental

We are coming to The Fort in September for our daughters formal wedding ceremony at The Shades of Green. My father and the grooms grandfather might need power chairs in order to really enjoy the different parks. I was wondering if anyone knew of a place to rent them from that would deliver to The Fort.

There is a local place that delivers red ECVs that have a license plate on them with phone number, I just can't remember the name of the place. I've been run over by them a number of times at the parks, so I know they are popular. There are also a few places listed on a google search..... not sure which to use, but scootaround.com delivers. If you don't get an answer by May 1 let me know & I'll look around for you on next Epcot visit.

Check out the FAQ on the DISabilities board. They list all of the companies recommended by posters and I believe all of the ones there would deliver to the Fort.

Thanks for all the help. My Dad has had double knee replacement and still has trouble doing alot of walking. My son in laws Grandfather has a heart condition and it is sometimes difficult for him as well.

My BF and I used Walker mobility to rent ECV's last trip. they delivered them right to check in desk at FW. Just make sure you keep the plugs covered at night since they will be charged outside!
