Potty Chart Please?

We returned from our trip to Disney just before Christmas and had such an incredible time. We are all depressed. Thank you to all the amazing DISigners who helped us. You all truly are appreciated.

My 2.5 year old is potty training and I was hoping someone may be willing to make a very simple chart with empty boxes and a title that says Allie's Potty Chart with: Pooh, Tigger, Sulley, Mike, Jessie, Woody, Buzz, Mickey, Minnie?
