Tracing after Hotwire/USPS/Airborne for 2 weeks, and are not effective at all. I am tired, frustrated and just want the best and most effective option this time. Here is my draft warning letter to USPS, and I had a similar one for hotwire.
Any suggestion or idea will be greately appreciated.

Case #OR139433xxx
Dear US Postal Service:
I am writing to you again regarding the complaint I filed with OR139433xxx.
It had been extremely difficult to receive response and update from this facility regarding what had happened to the Airborne@home mails. Last weeks conversation with this USPS facility, and they refused to accept detail info about the problem, look into, and offer assistant on these Airborne@home letter packages because of excuse of large volume of the mails and refused to be cooperative.
We discovered pattern of same problems regarding this USPS facility which continuously holding our Airborne@home mails for two weeks and longer without delivery in past couple weeks. This problem was reported when it was discovered., and had not been fixed.
Due to the level of difficulty on this matter, I would like to inform you that all the correspondences and phone conversations will be documented in details for this matter. And I will try to initiate one conference call tomorrow with this USPS office, Airborne and possibly other parties. And all historical and future documentation will be forwarded to my attorney for their review due to their potential involvement which will be decided shortly.
Thank you for your attention on this matter.
