Hi community,
I would like your opinions. We stayed in Disney for 2 weeks this past August and literally had a problem every day. Problems ranged from unclean rooms at check-in, wrong size room for party (reservation was correct), missing ME reservation and virtually every day some issue with the linking of AP/DVC/KTTW or plastic tickets (we truly glitched their system).
While all the problems were taken care of at the time (thanks to this community I read its best to voice concern then and there) it cost my family approximately 20 hours in lost time (possibly more) with guest services.
I wrote a lengthy letter and they responded in kind and we spoke on the phone. The guest services member asked "did I have anything in mind" that they could help me with for our upcoming December trip. Of course I immediately asked for BOG reservations, but she said they could not help with dining reservations. She suggested a VIP viewing for a parade.
What do you think - is there some experience I could request that would be harder to get normally? They seem willing to negotiate, and I didn't expect an open discussion- so now I'm a little baffled what to ask for! Thoughts?
I appreciate your input!
