Potential DVC Family needs advice

Hello all. I am so glad that I found this message board.
My family and I just got back from a quick trip to Disneyland resort, and while we were there, we attended the open house/sales pitch for the DVC.
My sister has been a member sonce '01, and they really enjoy it. We liked what we saw as well, but had a few questions.
They offered us a few different "promotions" that will expire in the next few days. I was wondering if these are really something special, or just something that is eventually offered to everyone.
We were offered two different sets of promotions...
1. We are Disneyland Annual Passport members, which entitled us to this package of incentives:
A. They pay closing costs
B. October bonus points (which gives us 2005's points as an added bonus)
C. An $8 credit point ($1200 savings)
D. Two free premium Annual passports
2. Another package offered
A. They pay closing costs
B. October bonus points (which gives us 2005's points as an added bonus)
C. 15% Discount on DVC ($2205 savings)

Are these common things, or are we truly being offered something rare here??

Any help would be greatly appreciated...if all goes well, we'll be signing up this weekend.

Closing costs are a done deal with Disney.

#1 A,B and C are standard. D is a nice perk.
#2 A and B are standard, C is a nice discount.

The $$ value of 2 PAPS($1040 or $6.93 per point based on 150) and $8 discount would be a bit better than the 15% off(by like 20 cents per point).

But if become a member with the 15% off, and then use your DVC to purchase PAPs which would save $250 or about a buck seventy five per point.
