Betsy, I am a physical therapist; and I love to terrorize my patients on a daily basis!!! That is why I have them do the chin tucks (we see lots of neck issues) in the mirror, so they can see how many chins they can actually have.

Isn't it funny how in the blink of an eye, a picture can turn out not as great as intended.
