I really like your invites, do you mind if I ask how you made them? A lot of disbrides seem to make their own invites, I'd be afraid I'd mess them up!!!

Thank you, they were alot of work! I have a friend from college that is a Grapgic Designer so I told her what I wanted and she drew it up. I bought all the paper from http://www.renaissancewritings.com/ for really cheap. I went to a color printer store and had them print them all out... I tried to do it on my own but the paper kept jamming and wasn't centered,etc. Then just took my paper cutter and cut them to size and put them together. I love the way they turned out but take my advice and don't try to print them yourself... it is one headache after the other.

Here is my bm dress... it is in coral though and the sash is going to be in white. I don't have the pic of the dress in the color because they have not come in yet (and clearly this is a model and not my bm).

I don't have a picture of my invitations but if you search "Cinderella Sprinkled with Stardust Invitations" you will see them.

Yay!!

Ok, i have 2 different invitations. the 1st one i designed and was had it to match our STD....but now my "vision" is going another direction.

It was Lady and the Tramp printed on shiny cardstock, and the wording was printed on Vellum. I like it....but feel it adds to much of a casual backyard party type feel.


So now we are going with this!!!

I'm planning on doing all my own flowers. I'm using cream roses:

Peacock feathers:

And Swarovski crystal stems:

And then the BM bouquets will just be the crystal stems and feathers.

And then tonight I did a test run on our invites which I'm making as well:

you are all so crafty with your DIY invites! I thought about it but really don't have the time. I did make my own Mickey Mouse card box though. I don't have a picture right now but when I get time, I will take one and put it up.
