My e-ring is also diamonds and sapphires... DF really wants to put a diamond center stone, but I'm really leaning toward a sapphire center stone! I just love color... diamonds aren't a big deal to me... really, my ideal would be amethyst or tanzanite (my fav color is purple!) but we were told those weren't good long-term stones... so sapphire was the next best thing! DF hasn't actually give me the e- ring yet, so I don't have pics to post YET... and still trying to find a band, but it will most likely be sapphires and diamonds also...

Yeah for a fellow sapphire girl! My favorite color is blue and I'm not into diamonds either so I loved the idea of a sapphire for my center stone. I was told on the scale of how strong stones are, a diamond is the strongest, but the sapphire was right below it so you shouldn't have to worry about long term wear. I tried bands with just diamonds but I felt that they got overpowered by the blue in the center stone. I would suggest trying bands with different shaped stones though to see what compliments your e-ring.

I got mine for Christmas from my future mother in law, they are from the Disney Romance collection.

I haven't had them engraved yet and I think I to add something light blue to them to match my blue and white theme but haven't figured that part out yet.
