Barbossa cocked his head to the side wondering what he could possibly be talking about, Just then Miranda stepped out on deck carrying a sword close to her side. Barbossa was impressed, she was one of the most beautiful girls he had ever seen. At that moment he knew he was going to win the pearl. . .and everything on her. . .

" I have no idea what you are talking about Jack.." Barbossa said as increased the intensity of the fight.. Jack rolled his eyes.. " Whom was the one who came to find me when I was stuck on that Blasted island for what the millionth time? Now if you did that then.. why didn't you just kill me then?" Jack said as he blocked Barbossa's sword.. Barossa rolled his eyes.. " Because then I couldn't do this.." He said as he moved closer to Miranda, flinging the sword out of her hand into his, pointing one sword to her and one to Jack.. " Now lets compromise." He said his eyes glimmering..

"Now Miss if you don't come with me I kill jack," He lurched the sword threateningly toward Jack, "Jack if you don't give me the Pearl I kill your bonnie lass," He did the same toward Miranda, "We clear?" He gave an evil grin knowing he couldn't lose. . .

Jacks eyes looked away from Barbossa as a half a smile lit his face.. " You know mate we don't have to do this.." He began.. " Oh we dont?" Barbossa replied as he inched closer to Miranda.. " Ok.. Ok.." Jack stuttered...

Barbossa smirked in triumph, "You've gone soft Jack. . .There was a time when any human life was as dispensible as a dog's." Jack met his eyes steadily, "Yes. . .and I didn't have a life to value other then my own. . .now I have two." He looked over at Miranda who had tears running down her face, "I love you." she mouthed. . .

Jack took a deep breath.. unsure what to do.. anyway he could go it seemed as if he would lose.. At that moment Jack saw Will running towards them..

Miranda watched too. . .

Not sure what to put. . .

Barbossas eyes narrowed and turned as the harsh footsteps came barreling towards him..

But before he could raise an arm in defense he was stabbed in the back by Miranda's hat-pin! He slumped forward to their shock dark ravens flew from the wound, and so we end the dark doings of Captain Barbossa. . .

Jack quickly swept Miranda into his arms...

She was still in shock oof what she had just done, "I-I did it! i actually k-kkilled him." She whispered in a shaky tone. . .

Her hands felt clamy, her skin pale.. her voice shaky.. " I.. I killed him.. I killed him?" She questioned herself..

Jack held her all the closer as she sobbed into his shoulder. . .

Had Miranda really just done that. . .with a hat-pin?!

Then jack remembered gibbs. he ran over to see if he was ok...

He gasped at the gastly site..

Gibbs was still some what alive. So he said "all hands on deck! We need to go to port and find a docter!" Elizabeth then yelled "and to get more supplies! "Oh... yeah... right love" jack said...

Barbossa was still doubled over on the deck Jack stood grimly at his old foe's cooling body. With a calm nod he signaled for his crew to send him overboard. As he watched Barbossa's form slowly sink lower, lower 'til it was only a dark form ever sinking into the dark abyss, "Rest in peace old shipmate. . .I hope you enjoy hell."

There was silence among them for a moment.. " He finally got what he wanted.. to die with his black pearl.." Jack said walking towards the other side of the ship.
