POTC rehab question

POTC will be down for rehab while we're visting this year. Does anyone know if the Pirates shopping area will be open? Sorry if this has been answered before. I think I enjoy this fun shopping area as much as I enjoy the ride and I'd hate to have to miss out on both.

The merchandise location is scheduled to remain open through the entire rehab. Of course that could change if they need to close it for a few days to work on something (or to get equipment into a certain area) but they have not announced any closure of the merchandise location
