Here is my walkthrough Hidden in white type.

After a long while the arrow on the compass will finally go all the way around and the compass will go away

then:

Click on the doors above the menu
After reading about Tia Dalma close it
Click on the door again
Click on Tia Dalma...After reading close it
Click on Feng's Bath House

Wait for compass to goes away...
I skip intro (only because I am impatient)
Click the case Lord Sao Feng is holding

A bright square book like item appears wait for
Jack Sparrow's Picture to come on it: DO NOT CLOSE..
Click on it to Enter
I skip the intro

Click on Tia Dalma... read and close
Click on Jack Sparrow...read and close
Some crab will walk by holding a sign to Port Royal..Click on the sign (Port Royal)
Again I Skip intro

Click on the coin in Sir Cutler Beckett's Pocket
A Page to Enter Shipwreck Cove appears DO NOT
CLOSE IT...Click on it to Enter Shipwreck Cove
Again I skip intro

Click on Jack Sparrow read and close
Six leaders appear before you...
Now click the Six Pirate Lords in this order read what
they say and close each as you go along

first third sixth forth fifth second

Click on Barbosa in the back of the room..read anc close
Click on windows

Click on Jack... read and close
Click on the throne
Click the hat and the chest opens..read and close
Click on the flag

A window will pop up for you to make your own flag!

I'm sorry but my order is correct. I have played it again since your post and my friend has played it again and we stand by my order.
