according to how much you enjoy them.

Macaroni.... definitely #1

Potato... #2

Cole Slaw..... #3 ... I hate it.

Potato salad #1
Macaroni and cole slaw are tied because I don't like or dislike them. Pasta Salad is a different story,

It totally depends on the recipe. I love all 3 of them, but out of my favorite permutations, I'd go with

1. macaroni salad
2. cole slaw
3. potato salad

#1 Potato Salad:thumbsup2
#2 Cole Slaw if available....KFC has the BEST!
#3 & NEVER macaroni salad. I cant even touch cold macaroni. It reminds me of Dead flesh!:scared:

Do we even want to know how it is that you're able to make that comparison? :rotfl:

When I was a kid, after my Aunts funeral my cousin told me that they use the body to make macaroni salad!:scared1: It stuck all these years!:upsidedow

That's kind of where this poll came from. I just made a potato salad that I took from a BBQ book.... made with mustard... My wife and mom do not like it at all. I think it is pretty good!

4 pounds russet potatoes, boiled til soft, then skinned, and chopped.
1.25 cups of yellow mustard
1.25 cups of mayo
12 ounces of relish
3 TBS of black pepper
1 TBS salt
4 ounces of finely chopped celery
1 tsp celery seed
1/4 cup diced onions

Mix it all together and then "mash it" just a little bit, so you have hunks of potato as well as a little bit of creamy potato.

Don't use the skins for anything in the salad.

If I made it again I would only use 3/4 cup of mustard.....

1) Potato (esspecially with salad onions, give it a kick)
2) Coleslaw (but NOT the cheesy kind)
3) Macaroni (never tried, but i guess i has cheese in too? :confused3 )

macaroni
potato (which would be #1 if I could find just the right type)
cole slaw

I've only ever found 2 different types of potato salads I like. My sister's MIL makes a delicious one, and Max & Erma's used to have a good one. Other than that, they all taste too sweet for me.

I guess it would depend on who makes them, what recipes they use, but my own recipes I would have to say:

1. Macaroni
2. Potato
3. Cole Slaw

I make a lot of macaroni and potato salads during the summer months.

Instead of mustard use Durkees. :thumbsup2 Much better. Although I do not know the amount, I just kind of wing it.;) I know you would not need that much.
