Once post count hit how do I PM

I'm pretty sure I read that you click on the user name and a msg box pops up. Once I hit my 10, you can try sending me a msg and I'll let you know

I was told by a "veteran" that replies count toward your first 10 posts

But I keep getting a msg that i can't post again until 20 mins is up (or some time amount). I wonder if that ends after the first elusive 10.

Besides the minimum post count necessary, you must be registered on DISboards for 24 hours for the other options (PMs, signature, posting photos) to be available to you.

You only have 3 posts. If you hover over your avatar on the left, you'll see "messages" (that's posts in DIS-speak).

There is a time lag between posts (for everyone). The time varies anywhere from 30 seconds upwards. It's random.
