posting countdowms

I have been noticing alot of 'countdowns' to a next visit home or to a resort or the cruise. How does one get this added to your message/

Please keep in mind I am not proficient on any computer tricks. Just the basics here!

Also how do you insert an image. I know you click on the IMG button above the message box, but where do you get the info to put in the "Java Script"?

I tried to access the "countdown" but I rec'd a bulletin telling me that I do not have permission to access this. Is ther something that I have to do?

I have printed out the "clipart" directions and will have to attempt this after my DD is asleep. She does not make it easy to concentrate.
