Posted Park hours different on site than app?

Has anyone experienced this? According to the MyDisney App, the week of my trip shows one set of park hours but the Disney site says something different. So I did a Disney chat and asked, what they provided was different still. So I decided to do call the ticket line today. They have a non-human line that gives park hours. And that was different still! I'm attempting to schedule my park days and FP and finding it annoying that I can't find the park hours. Here's what I've found:

Magic Kingdom for April 24th- App says 9am-9pm with special ticketed event from 7:45am-9am, Chat person told me 9am-9pm with EMH from 8am-9am, Site and auto phone line said 9am-9pm

April 25th- App says 9am-9pm with EMH from 9pm-11pm, Chat said there are no EMH at any parks on this date, hours are 9am-9pm, site and auto line said the same

I have 3 other examples of the same type of thing. But these days are my main concern. If anyone can shed some light, I would be very grateful.

April 24 looks like it's early morning magic which would be the ticketed event from 745 to 9 (at least on the early morning magic calendar it's appearing)

4/24 is an “Early Morning Magic” morning, which is the “Ticketed Event 7:45-9AM” you see on the app. There are no MK EMH hours that day. Regular park hours at the moment show 9AM-9PM on the app and website (for me at least). The “Ticketed Event” shows up inconsistently across the MDX platform when MK hours are concerned.

For 4/25, both the app and website only show AK AM EMH’s for me.

We could be looking at different parts of the app and/or website.

Don’t mean to sound cynical but I have typically found the accuracy of the info via online chat leaves a bit to be desired.

I always go by the app.

April 24th MK is 9am-9pm with EMM 7:45-9am

April 25th MK is 9am-9pm. Only emh are AK from 8am-9am

For what it's worth. My app still shows later opening hours for our end of FEB/March trip. They just released fast passes for an hour before the park opens on the app, so I'm off the opinion the hours on the website will override the app.
Of course I moved a fastpass to a time in the newly available hour using the app....it just contradicts the posted open hours in the app.

The app might also show you different depending on the device youre using.

A few days ago a member that has an Android phone was saying they were seeing different hours. I'm on iOS and I had the correct times showing on my phone app.

So I'm guessing updates go out earlier or maybe a little quicker to iOS users possibly

March 1, animal kingdom listed as opening at 9am on the app(android), it's opening at 8am according to website, and I just got a fastpass for fop for 8:30.

Just checked my app for March 1st. It's showing 8am for AK on iOS

Android lists AK for 9am, and doesn't include the "special ticket event" 9-12 at MK.

I'm on Droid. I just uninstalled and re-installed it to see if that will help.
