I guess the next question is: have you seen any 3x5 postcards? Most postcards are 4x6. Are you just sending in 3x5 index cards, or a regular size postcard that is closer to 4x6?

Use for cards with the following dimensions:

Dimension Minimum Maximum
Height 3-1/2 inches 4-1/4 inches
Length 5 inches 6 inches
Thickness 0.007 inch 0.016 inch

Any item smaller than the minimum dimensions is not mailable.
For postcards, length is the dimension parallel to the address.
Postcards must be rectangular and be made of unfolded and uncreased paper or card stock.

Per the U.S. Postal Service (http://postcalc.usps.gov/mailpiecedimensions.asp#Postcard). The preprinted postcards are 3.5" x 5". If you mail something smaller, the post office will likely return it to you.

If you are looking for 3x5 postcards to use for entries in the YOMD drawings, then you can buy postcards at the post office with the postage already attached.
