I called earlier today and they had no rooms available at POP with that code for 9/15.

I got it! I had CSR booked with an AP but wanted to prolong buying the AP until our 11 day Dec stay. So I got WL for $140 a night (instead of $109 for an AP king room at CSR) and added a night 4 nights, $630 total We are only going to Typhoon Lagoon so no need for regular park tickets!

We just saved $98 more than we were w/our AAA discount!! We just booked a keys to the kingdom tour which came out to $96 (20% discount w/Disney Visa) so it was basically like we got the tour for free!!!

I called around noon today to check on deluxes using the Fla Res Rate for 8/5-8/10 with no luck. Just checked the Disney web site and struck out there. It's amazing to me just how little is available during this time frame. Will it be more crowded than I can imagine? Has anyone been able to get a room on or around 8/5....Thanks

We are going 8/17-8/26 - 2 rooms at POR, premium MYW plus dining. I am soo happy! I guess I can stop scouring my mail for a postcard.

I called today and they had a code assigned to my name. We already booked with AAA 6 weeks ago. We would only save $6 per night per room (we have 2 rooms) at POP. 6 nights it would have saved us about $72. It would cost us to cancel with AAA.
We did have to book 1 extra night, but could not get into POP so we have to switch to All Star Sports for 1 night. We did do a sep. ressie for that night and used our code.
I had them check everywhere for avail., nothing....mods, deluxe. Only thing avail. was studio at SSR.......but we dont want the sleeper sofa for 2 teenage boys.
Good luck to everyone else, I gues we should have waited.........

We are 2 rooms at POP 08/10-16, then 2 rooms at Sports 08/17. They sound very booked to me......I'm starting to wonder.....or maybe just a very limited # of rooms for those discounts...AAA is prett much sold out at all Values during my dates...They did have reg. rack rates avail. though..

I saved $50 on my AAA room only rate 8/4 at POR! My upsell rate at POR is less than the summer discount. I checked on CSR availability, and there wasn't any during our stay 8/5-8/14. I also tried to get pricing for AKL or WL, but they weren't available. I will stick w/ my ressie, but DH would so love to try CSR!!! I am so pleased that discounts became available for everyone! Good luck to all still searching for the right deal!!!

I saved $135 more than the AAA package I had. My AAA agent was able to switch over my reservation at POFQ for Aug 16-26

Originally I had already booked CSR at the AAA rate. For 5 nights, my total for 3 adults was $737.00. With the new summer code, I was quoted $665.
That's a savings of $72!
Because of the savings I went ahead and added an extra day to the end of our trip. We were considering adding the extra night anyway so I look at it like we basically got the extra night at 1/2 price.

I had a AAA room only rate of $116/night for 5 nights at CSR starting 8/15. I was able to make a quick phone call and switch it to $104. Is there a better feeling then getting a discount...ANY discount at Disney??? I love doing that!!! Now if I can just get my $49 ding from Hartford...

We called 3 times this evening-with the 3rd time being the charm! It was around 930ish(pm) that we finally got a code applied to our package. We HAD 7days/6 nights with 7 day park hoppers+ dining at POFQ. We were told there was no code availability at POFQ-so I whispered to my Dh to ask if it could be applied to any other moderate. The CM came back on the line and and stated that we were eligible for the code at POR- so we switched! We now have the same tickets, dining and a waterview (which is what we had at POFQ). Really nothing change except the resort and we saved $276.22!! I was so excited to hear this!! I was wondering if they open up a small amount of rooms each day and maybe they went ahead and gave it to us since it was almost the end of their day!? I don't know how or why, but I am just glad it happened!!
