Something weird happened with a reservation I booked for myself. There were 3 of us on the reservation and it showed active for 2 of us when we pulled up the reservation, and showed canceled when the other person pulled it up. When I called in about resort changes (original dates traveling June 24), they said the reservation had been canceled. I'm the
travel agent on the reservation, so I know I didn't cancel it. Turns out when I was pulling it up in my travel agent portal, I was putting in the original reservation number (the one showing in the confirmation email) but the reservation that pulled up had a DIFFERENT confirmation number. When I called in and told them our original confirmation number, it showed canceled on Disney's end, but when I gave them this second confirmation number it worked! So maybe have your travel agent "retrieve reservation" in the
Disney Travel Agent portal and see if when she pulls it up if the confirmation number changes? I think Disney has had some glitches, and if your agent said she didn't cancel it then she's probably telling the truth. Trust me, we want our clients to travel!!!
