Well by the looks of all these foods....especially the desserts...wow...I will be definately coming home with more meat on my bones then when I left!

My mom is diabetic but loves her sweets...she will be there a few days with me...god I hope she is able to restrain herself...don't need any trips to the E.R. while I am there! :sad2:

Diannaneglia: Disney is very accommodating in this area. Just ask for desserts she can eat. I don't know enough about what she can and can't have, but they do provide foods for pretty much every single dietary issue known to man!

I LOVE checking these photos out but I have a request. Can someone please post a photo of WCC nachos? or even give me a review? I know the skillet is "the thing" to get but could this be a meal? IS it lilke crazy big or just a few on a plate? I have searched in the photo gallery and they are not in it. let's hear some reviews.

I ordered the nachos from WCC last summer as my meal. I was full and I had some left over. I guess it would depend on how hungry you are. It was fine as a meal for me.

Here is a picture of mine.

Have you checked out ourlaughingplace.com? They have several restaurant reviews with photos of sugar-free desserts that were made for one of the reviewers. If you call ahead of time to any restaurant you're planning to visit, they should be able to whip up a fantastic sugar-free dessert for your mom that's just as appetizing as the regular ones. Also allearsnet.com has a special section on dietary issues at WDW--I'm sure diabetes is included.
