I do it manually using Photoshop (any paint app would do). I increase the canvas size in 3 stages adding a border in black, then white, then black again. I then type whatever text I like into the final black border using the WDW font and thats it - dead easy !

I'm enjoying all these Stars & Motor Cars pics! I love that parade - which is why I was saddened to hear it's being replaced by Block Party Bash (the same Pixar parade from DCA) in March '08
