I looked in Target and in my local grocery store between 7:30 am and 8:00 am on Feb 15, and there was absolutely no Valentine's Day candy left. The shelves were bare.
My local Walgreens did have candy and other merchandise at 50% off, including some Disney things which might work in an Easter basket because they didn't say "Valentine" on them.
