Too many conversations going on at once here. 
Anyway, my worst flaw is my tendency to be reserved and withdrawn. I have a hard time saying and showing that I care even when I do a tremendous amount. (My son is the only exception, that's easy.) My Dad and most of his family were like that and it's one trait I don't like at all.
