Post office foreign currency

Has anyone else had problems with the above or have I just been unlucky? Was due to pick up my dollars today and they have not arrived at my local post office. Have rung the helpline and they can't seem to find out where they have gone. I ordered them at a better rate than today's rate so will not be happy if I have to buy some more. I also need them for Tuesday! Been waiting nearly an hour for them to ring me back! Flipping typical!

They didn't ring me back so I rang them. The girl I spoke to had gone home and left no message. Sorting office now closed so nothing can be done until tomorrow. Not a happy bunny!
