Post Count

OK - do you get a "count" for each thread you start and those you reply to? I seem to be stuck in the 30's and can't go any higher. Can someone please explain this - I know it should be simple but it just doesn't add up for me!! Thanks

Your count should increase by one for every post you make whether it's a new thread or a reply to an existing thread.

There have been a few times recently that I've seen it very slow in updating this information. I've posted a reply to a thread and although my reply showed when I viewed the thread, my post count didn't immediately go up by one nor was the thread moved to the top of the forum. It took one or two minutes before my name was shown as the last person to post and the thread was bumped. At that time, my post count was updated.

So if you are seeing something like this, check back to the thread and see if it is getting updated but on a delayed basis.

For example, it took almost 5 minutes for this reply to show as the last reply and for my post count to be updated after I submitted.

Same here...Yesterday I replied to 4 threads before my post count had been updated...LOL...not like I care, since you can see that by the size of my post count, I consider myself to have no life! LOL (my opinion only here!) So, yes, sometimes there is a delay in adding to your count!
