Fruit does NOT belong in a salad - unless it’s a fruit salad. (oranges, dried cranberries, strawberries, etc and lettuce don’t mix)

And neither does salt belong on fruit.

Out of all of the responses on this thread, this is the one I disagree with the most lol. At my house shoes are taken off and put into the shoe cubby when entering; this applies to any guests that come over as well.

Not as much as shoes do, especially for bacteria. It's also just a habit at this point. We usually don't have a lot of guests over since my household is kind of introverted and no one has an issue taking their shoes off. To each their own I guess.

Ordering a filet mignon "well done" is a crime against nature.

I agree - not to bag on people who like well-done meat, but you can use a better cut if you want it well-done. Some hold up better to it than others - gotta go high-fat, like a ribeye. I'll see people at the casino buffet wanting their prime-rib well-done, and it's like, why do you even want prime rib? There's some roast beef right next to it!

Agree. Personally, I reserve well done for sketchy quality hamburgers. Better safe than sorry.

I didn't just come to visit from stopping in the Walmart bathroom wearing just my socks.

I would never make guests take their shoes off in my house. I believe you should accommodate guests or don't invite them over. Don't invite me over, then sit wondering why sweat is pouring out of me because you think 98° isn't warm enough yet to turn the AC on. I also won't leave the furnace in the winter at 60° if I invite you over.

Mom always asked us why we never came to visit no matter how many times I told her because she couldn't sit there next to my pregnant wife or after the baby was born without chain smoking 5 cigarettes an hour.

Are you also claiming that a hot dog is also a hamburger and a taco? As an outspoken advocate for the Taco (and a non-paid spokesperson unaffiliated with Big Taco), the thought that a taco is tantamount to a hot dog, merely because we have ingredients wrapped in starch, is blasphemy. If you went to Taco Bell and asked for a hot dog, they will ask you to go to Burger King in 2016.

All good - but without Jay-Z she'd be a girl group among many that were at the same success level and never got much bigger. She wouldn't be anything of what she is now without him. Yes she is pretty and that certainly helped. I'm talking strictly on musical talent.
