Hi, I'm sorta new, so excuse my clumsy questions. We are intending to spend our first DVC trip the week before Xmas (Dec 15-21) in a 2-BR at Boardwalk (std view), with some relatives. However, it looks like they may not be able to get away. Now, with all this room what are my 'options'..?? Should I try to cancel, and reuse points short term; try to sell of a portion of my points; try to find someone who wants the the other bedroom as a private lockoff..?? Any help or ideas would be appreciated. Also, this may all be 'crying wolf' if my sister can get her scheduling act together. thanx, DB.
Of course this is the THIRD trip we've planned w/ her. She has had to cancel twice already. I told her this is the last opportunity. If I was in that situation I would get a definate answer from her NOW. If she isn't going try to cancel and rebook a one bdrm. I would not want to waste all those pts. My last resort would be to try to rent them out etc. as this idea makes me uncomfortable. Pts are too important. Good luck
