We stayed at VWL the end of August and took to boat over to CR for dinner. There were no signs of life at the North Wing except for two large birds sitting on top of it. I believe they were buzzards! (can it get any more 'tell-tale' than that?)

i still think they could get away with merely rennovating (just have studios) & there'd be enough demand to sell them out...quite a loyal following amoung us die-hards.

i shall see what I can unearth...reports of press conference on the 18th, didn't see anything yesterday on stockholder site.
