Possible to change tickets?

Does anyone know if it is possible to change the tickets that I have along with my room reservation. We are going to be there for 7 nights and 8 days so they have automatically given us the 8 day LOS pass. I am thinking about changing that to a 7 day ultimate park hopper with the three options. Can this be changed when I get there? I am not sure who our reservation is through, WDWT or CRO. I can tell you that I had to give them one nights stay and have the 5 days to cancel. I was also wondering if I could use my Disney Club discount for those tickets that I would be getting there rather than the LOS pass.

I guess I am just trying to be really difficult arent I?

One night's deposit and 5 cancellation sounds like CRO.

I would call them and ask to cancel the UMP (LOS?) passes. The park hoppers are a much better buy IMO, unless you're planning to hit DisneyQuest more than once.

Remember, if the weather is bad during your trip or someone gets sick and you don't go to the parks, you won't get anything back from the UMP passes. Unused park hopper days and plus options are good forever.

I could be wrong but aren't the LOS or Ultimate Park Hoppers part of a package with the room? It may change your room rate if you cancel those passes. I'm curious because my neighbor is going down the end of June for 8 days and got a 7 day park hopper and wanted to change to an ultimate hopper. They wouldn't let her. Maybe because they sent her tickets immediately after making the reservation. She wanted to do this because the new codes that came out last month would have gotten her a better deal. She was however, able to use her DC club discount for those passes. Please let us know how you make out. Just curious.
