Possible new Resort Mug sighting.....

I saw what I believe to be the new mug coming out soon!!!

We were in MK and stopped by a cart to get a bottle of water and right next to the cash register was a resort mug.....

Same shape as the current one, only this one is white and light blue. So I looked to make sure that it wasn't one from a few years back and sure enough it said "Memories, Magic and You" on it!!!! I was also able to see characters on it, Cinderella being one of them, but the CM quickly grabbed it and put it under the register.

I freaked out, asked the CM working the cart whose mug it was and she said hers. When I inquired where she got it she said "a few CMs just got new mugs and that they were most likely already at the resorts." I informed her that no they weren't, my resort (and every resort I visited) still had the "celebrate" mug. She then got really embarrased and said "oh" and shrugged her shoulders.

I was so excited. When we got back to the resort DH asked several CMs about this mug and when the new mug was coming....all had different answers. LOL Imagine that!!

Anyway, thought I would let you all know there was a possible mug sighting!!

I hope that they changed the cup, I don't like the red ones.My only issue is my boys hate girly things, so much so they didn't want to go to disney this time I had to talk them into it!

Yes, I'm sorry for those with boys who will say "yuck!" - but I've had that very emotion for the last couple mug designs! Red, black and yellow just haven't done it for me.

So glad we might get a pretty one again, I hope they are out next month!

It sounds exactly like the mugs dh and I bought at Disneyland over MLK weekend. They had them all over Disneyland and California Adventure. Disneyland does not do resort mugs at their onsite resorts but they have often sold mugs at their cs locations. We got ours at the bakery on Main Street in DL and another one from a hot chocolate cart in the castle hub.

Ours has the coca cola logo on it, Cinderella, Fairy Godmother, Daisy, Donald, Donald's nephew,s Genie, Mickey and Merlin and the kid from the Sword in the Stone. It also says "Disney Parks" on it as well as "Let the Memories Begin"

Its a lot of blue with a white handle and cap. So it sounds like what you saw at MK. Maybe they are going to start having them at WDW too.

Thanks for the photos, how cute! Maybe I'll finally get to buy another mug. For those wondering, we only buy them as souvenirs - we don't even drink pop.
