Possible Mid-West Mini Meet

Hi Dis PPL's! I have read these boards for a while but never joined. But now I need your opinions. I belong to a few other Disney sites and we are possibly planning a mini meet for the end of April 2007. It is in the pre planning stages for now, and right now the main thing is where to have it.

We are trying to keep this as affordable as possible, but still fun. It is going to be somewhere in the OHIO, ILLINOIS area. Mainly due to the fact that somehow I volunteered myself for this and dont want to drive too far with a preschooler in the car. LOL It would be great if tons of people come to this but be forewarned it wont be anything fancy-schamcy. If we can get at least 50 to 100 ppl we will have loads of Disney nuttiness. I am working on ideas for the meet like swaps, trivia game, etc. Any other do-able ideas are welcome. HEY FRED, we need help...LOL!

I voted in this order: Cincinnati, Columbus, and then Indianapolis. I live in Cincinnati, so that would be perfect for me. Indy and Columbus are about 90 minutes so either of those would work too!

Thanks for the votes so far folks. This would be great if we can do this. I love meeting other Disney nuts. There is one city in the lead so far(3 different sites voting on it). I will post the results of this on Friday. Thanks again and spread the word.

I am sorry I havent had time to get back to this. I am having landlord issues this week and a sick child on top of that. Please be patient and I will get a seperate thread up with some plans and results. Thanks for all your votes.
