Possible expansion plans for Paris revealed in error

Hi all

Was just Reading an interesting article about a new Paris casting website with interviews with cast and video etc.

Seems one of the videos has a map in the background with the resorts expansion plans. No dates obviosly.

It shows the studios doubling in size with room for a new park and new hotels

It's nice to see the plans written down and I'd be dissapointed if they didn't have these type of expansion plans for DLRP however the real test is in just how long it takes to turn these ideas into reality.

Realistically they shouldn't build a 3rd Park until the Disney Studio's is the park that it should have been when it first opened in 2002.

I think the new hotels and the conference centre would be the most important aspects of the expansion imho as this generates more revenue and more revenue means more expansion.

I agree with you John, i would rather they finish of the Studios and the new hotels etc then they can concentrate on building the 3rd park.

I'm hoping for a Park all about Tinkerbell lol.

LOL! I'd love an Epcot style park or an Animal Kingdom style park...quite how the elephants would cope with the snow I'm not so sure

I don't want a Epcot type park, i have never been a Epcot fan...far to educational for me

I would definately agree with making the studios a better park. Also agree that the conference center would be a great addition and bring a lot more revenue to the parks.

Lets keep our fingers crossed that all thsi can become reality

Totally agree with Cap'n Jack, would love an Animal Kingdom style park ... something totally different to the other parks

I'd love a gate (or a bridge or tunnel or some form of teleporter - I'm not fussy) to go from the the main park to the Studios once you are in one or other park without the need to go all the way out and all the way round and back in again.

I'm with you Ruthiebabe. That's all hubby can say, too much walking.

Don't want anything other than Disney.

More hotels would mean more people, more queues. Do the park first then the hotels.

I've being reading a little about some informal shareholders meetings held recently with Phillipe Gas and the impression I got from the transcripts of the meetings is that it will be 2 hotels, conference centre and possible expansion of the DLH in that order, no mention at all of a third park or futher expansion of the studios apart from the Toy Story area.
I do like the idea of walkway/walkthrough or whatever between the 2 parks though, I definately think you should forward that idea to him ruthiebabie.

LOL. I was thinking the same when stuck behind a gritter, one fence and 50 yards away from the elephant house, at West Midlands Safari Park last week. Poor things.

OT: The Rhinos in the zoos near us had to have something put on their ears last week as the cold weather has caused them to become chapped

Back on topic, I would like to see the Studios become more developed & possibly a couple of new hotels. I'm unsure about a 3rd park as both parks still have loads of potential.

they could have an artic animal kingdom
