Possible? Buying an ILL for Cosmic Rewind at 7am on day I'm checking out Disney resort?

Last day at Fort Wilderness is a Friday.
But...
Going to Epcot on Friday.
Staying offsite at a KOA starting Friday.

Wondering if I'll be able to:
1. get an ILL at 7am on Friday for Cosmic Rewind?
2. get in a virtual queue at 7am for Cosmic Rewind?

Does anyone know for sure?

No guesses or 'should be able to' please since if you're wrong, it'll cost me $1500 and we won't get to go on Cosmic Rewind

And …. at 7am you can have another person sign in to your MDE account to grab the virtual queue, while you grab the ILL .

Virtual queue is 7 AM for both onsite and offsite. It's pretty easy to get one if you are on right at 7. Easier to get one at 1PM, if you miss out at 7. And it's a great ride.
