Please help me I can't decide which hotel to stay at. Portofino is $100 more but its for the club room. I am not sure if its worth it? Please advise...I'm going in April...thanks.

I would say, go to the Royal Pacific. It will be easy for you and your daughter to just walk to the parks. Also, the pool area is very child friendly.

I would stay at Royal Pacific and if the pool is of interest to your child at the Portofino then ride the boat over there for an afternoon(great waterslide). My children love the pool at the portofino but I cant see spending the extra cash on the Portifino when we can pool hop for free and guess what , the on property hotels dont mind if you do, infact they incourage it.

I My sons are now 12 and 13 and they love the Royal Pacific.

Definitely the Royal Pacific. But, if you have an AP, the Portofino still has some discounts. I fould $169.00 for some dates in April.

My kids absolutely love the RP, they played with the free pool table by the pool, volleyball in the pool at night, vollyball on the beach during the day. And met lots of other great kids.

I agree with the Royal Pacific. It is much easier to scoot over to the park and Citywalk.

We stayed at RPR 2 wks ago and my 2 kids loved it (ages 11 and 14). It's much closer to the parks than Portofino and has the largest of the resort pools. I can't think of a single bad thing to say about our stay there.
