The PBH club level is nice, but it is not as lavish as the Poly at WDW. The club room is off the main lobby just behind the Hertz rent a car counter. Depending on where your room is located it can be a bit of a hike. It's not like WDW where there are several club level areas. There is only 1. Depending on the time of the day it can get very crowded and there is no place to sit and eat. There are tables and couch areas - which is very nice and relaxing, but not big enough. There are 2 computers there free for you to use too. There is also a DVD library, also free. The food offerings are not as varied as the WDW resorts, but nice. In the evenings there is beer, wine and appetizers - Italian antipasto - cured meats, cheeses and fried ravioli and things like that. Breakfast is muffins, bagels, juices, coffee and teas, small boxes of cereals, a yogurt and fruit bar with granola and stuff like that. There are a few toasters set up as well. Bottles of water and soda and other soft drinks are available all day long. I like the fact they have plastic bottles of water for you to take to the parks too. We find we get bored with the same breakfast everyday - just as we do when staying club level in WDW, and ususlly by the second day go out for breakfast. I think with kids it is a great money and time saver in the morning. We have never stayed at the RPR, so I cannot compare it to that.
