Portobello Disappointment

Portobello's at PI has always been a favorite of our until our most recent visit. I should have known that there would be problems when I went to make reservations on Sunday afternoon at 4pm for dining at 7pm and got in with no trouble. Upon arriving we found that they had remodeled the interior and exterior which was refreshing. It was not until looking at the menu that we found some major problems. They no longer server the roasted garlic with your bread, you cannot get pitchers of their fabulous sangria (buy it per the little tiny glass at $5 a pop) and the new menu was horrible. The staff was dressed down in just polo's and there just was no energy in the place. Very disappointing. It seems that Disney needs to dumb everything up and turn a pleasant upper scale dinning experience to that of carrabba's.

Thanks for your review. Portobello's has always been one of our favorites too. We won't be dining there again until May but the changes don't sound good.
