Port Upgrade Charges

If an upgrade were available at the port, what do you think the charge would be for a 3 day cruise to go from:

Cat 12 to Cat 3
Cat 5 to Cat 4
Cat 5 to Cat 3
Cat 4 to Cat 3

Any experience from past upgrades appreciated.
