Port Parking Lot - Disembark time

You should have plenty of time. Especially if you get off as early as possible. The good thing is that by the time you get to the exit for gas, you'll be able to see how it is going so far. If you are crunched for time, skip the gas station and pay whatever fee the rental car company charges per gallon. If you are running good on time, stop for gas. The return lot is right there at the airport parking lot, so once you drop off the car you literally walk across the street to the airport. I agree with the previous poster, if you have another adult (or a responsible teen) drop the rest of your family and your luggage at the terminal and then circle around to return the car. It is set up in a loop and well marked. We did this. Depending on how many bags you are checking, the rest of your party could even check your bags while you return the car, but even if they have to wait for you, dropping them and the luggage at the airport before returning the car will probably save time and definitely save hassle.

Terminal A or B? We're taking American Air and my brothers are taking SouthWest. In two different terminals.
But I think you can just walk easily between the terminals??

In Philly, the terminals are can be in different areas.

Am I right about the A and B terminals.

After dropping the family off w/ the luggage, and looping around again, I just look for one of the "Car Returns" sign and pull in?? Is the correct?

I don't have to find a particular for Dollar Car Rental.

Thanks

Chris

From the street (the airport's "Landside") there aren't really two terminials, just an A side and a B side.

So if you drop the car at the B side for American, your brothers would just have go accros the departure level, walk across to the A side to the Southwest ticketing counters . If you've ever walked from terminal A to B on the "airside" at PHL, it's about the same.

(Edited to fix my memory of the levels at MCO)

My last 2 trips to Orlando I rented from Dollar and when I went to return my car, they checked it in quickly, had me leave the luggage in the car, and they drove me directly to the sky cap, unloaded my luggage for me and returned the car for me. It was great! (I flew Dec. 2015 and Nov. 2016)

Wow, that's a great tip. When u checked the car in at Dollar.....did u just ask them to take you to the Airlines skycap?

All the car Rental places have the same turn off, at first, and then there are a number of turns after that that lead you to your exact Rental Company.
