I'm booked in a river view room at the end of next March. I'm torn about whether I should request AB or Mansion area.

Is there anyone who has been in both areas in a river view? Or, what did you love about your AB or Mansion river view?

We'll be spending afternoons resting; I was thinking we could bring chairs out on the walkway to read.

If I am doing river view, mansions, no question, the thing that we love about AB is the foliage, if I was in AB I would want a garden view....

For a River View, Mansions for sure.

They want to be as close to the main building and main bus stop as possible but I can't really figure out from the map where exactly that is so I can make their room requests.

Just ask for this.

If it's changed in the last month, then definitely! But I'm not sure when the new menu commences.

My family will be at POR Easter week! It's five of us. My DS and I stayed here last November with friends but it's a new resort for the rest of group! We lucked out and got building 17 and hoping we can request that this time around as we loved tg he quiet pool and it was pretty close to the food court

There are a lot of deciduous trees around the resorts, so don't worry about it being completely leaf-less in February. However some trees do shed their leaves of course - that's just mother nature for you, and even The Mouse can't control that!

However I really don't see how anyone could object to a view like this (February last year):

It's nice to be back on this side of the boards again. I'm freaking out about the magic bands as well. I haven't done any studying on them and my 60 day window is tomorrow. So excited to stay here for the first time during our upcoming trip! Hope it's ok to post and follow this thread for any news/info before our arrival!
