I've seen conflicting reports online about a bus to Ft Wilderness (from POR) for Hoop Dee Doo. Allears mentions the bus in their POR fact sheet, but I've seen posts stating there is no transportation. Can anyone confirm which is correct?

I don't think so, no - but I've never looked for one though. There isn't a bus to any other resort destination.

You could try calling 1-407-WDW-RIDE (the WDW transportation info number) to double-check.

Once upon a time there was such a bus. It ran from Port Orleans to the bus stop near Pioneer Hall and back. I rode it once to get to the Hoop Dee. It was the only resort to resort bus, not counting resorts that share buses. That service was discontinued years ago.

According to both the Sept and Oct Activities guides from POR, the Sassagoula Nighttime Jamboree is listed from 5-6:30.
Anyone recently returning know what this is?
What happens during it?
Is it worth attending?

Anybody have any details on this?

Bump. Does anyone know if there is a FW bus from POR?

You can take the bus to MK, then do 1 or 2 things- hop on the bus from MK to FW, or take the boat from MK to FW (more fun IMO).
