Port opening for testing

I have a 3 year old whom will need to be tested at port before sailing, how early am
I able to arrive at port to have him tested? We are boarding group 1 as concierge so plan on getting there as early as possible but what time does testing begin at port?

Which port? I believe the earliest PAT at Port Canaveral is 10:30am, which would be the time the terminal opens. If taking DCL transfers it may be possible to arrive and enter a little earlier than official opening time.
