I am trying to set up a rental car for the day I get off the ship because my plane doesnt leave until 5pm. I dont know what budget rent a car to call...is the port in cape canaveral??? lol, and just making sure that budget shuttles to and from the port.....

Yes, the town is Cape Canaveral. You will need to put cape instead of port when looking for reservations. HTH
