Port Canaveral Hotels?

Hello! I know…very subjective subject, but couldn’t see anything RECENT.

We are taking a cruise, at the end of April, 2024. Have private transportation booked from MCO to hotel (?), then from Port back to MCO. Looking for a NICE, Family Friendly, with Shuttle to Port, to stay. If they offer breakfast, wonderful!!! We looked at Hampton Inn. They charge EXTRA for an Accessible room!!! We are looking at getting TWO (2) rooms…One for Two Adults/Two Children and the other for One Adult and being an Accessible room ( mainly for the shower).
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

We always stay at the Residence Inn, Cape Canaveral before our cruises. Large comfortable rooms with great free breakfast. Nice outdoor pool, too (but wear bug spray for the no-see-ums). They a have a shuttle that you can prebook and are super close to the port--like three minutes.

We have stayed at Hampton Inn Cape Canaveral several times, for the following reasons- can confirm a connecting Accessible room with a non accessible room, meaning connecting with inside door. Typical breakfast included with plenty of seating, close to port, they do offer transportation that you sign up for and pay extra, never used, instead we take 1 or 2 Ubers depending how many people are traveling, leave when we want and it's just our family. Has nice outdoor pool for a Hampton Inn, outdoor bar. There are differnt size HA rooms, so that could be $ diff, or how many people your booking in each? Call hotel directly and ask, they have always been extremely helpful.

We have enjoyed our stays at the Country Inn and Suites. They offer a paid shuttle and rates that include parking.

Hampton Inn is connected to Home2Suites. We stayed on the Home2Suites side, it was perfect for the night. It was walking distance to a manatee park and playground, and there was food nearby. We didn't use the shuttle, but they did offer it (we chose 2 Ubers).

Thank you, everyone for your replies!! After much deliberation, we have decided to stay at The Residence Inn-Cape Canaveral. We have a 2 Bedroom “Suite” reserved. My daughter made the reservation and said that they offer transportation to the Port, if you reserve 2-days before your stay. In addition, our flight doesn’t arrive until 5:00ish in the evening. Once we get our luggage and have transportation to the hotel, it’ll be kinda late to enjoy any beaches, etc. Again, thanks for the suggestions, etc.
