Port Arrival Time of 10:30

I did my check in last night for a cruise on the Magic (Miami) and got a port arrival time of 10:30 (Group 4). I don't recall ever getting an arrival time that early. What time are typically letting people on the ship now?

Keep in mind that if you arrive at 10:30, it'll probably take you about an hour to park, drop off luggage, go through testing, go through security, and then finally board the ship. So, the arrival times are earlier than they used to be, but boarding times aren't really.
