Thank you. I was afraid of that. My adventures do NOT show up in my account....3 phone calls to Disney and still not there. They assured me that they can see them I just can't.
Yes, no tickets in the room any more. I had the same problem with port adventures not showing up online, but had no problem going on them. Frustrating when they don't show up in the app.

Port adventure desk. Also once on the ship if you look at available port adventures in the app like you were going to book a new one, it provides time and location to meet of each.
On our last cruise half of our family's port adventures were not showing up online or the app. I contacted DCL twice and they confirmed they could see all of us booked and they were not sure why I could not. As soon as we were on the ship all of our family was showing booked. It was stressful not being able to see it!
There is also an option to chat with the port adventure desk (though IIRC they gave a canned answer like "you'll get a notification about the meeting place in the app".
For our 3 cruises since restart, it's all been in the app: the adventure, the times and the meet up location are all in the app. On our recent Western, the time even changed real time when the excursion was delayed.
